Commercial Epoxy Flooring in Thornhill — what to know
We install commercial epoxy flooring throughout Thornhill. High-traffic floors for showrooms, warehouses, retail, gyms, and auto shops. Thornhill straddles Vaughan and Markham and has one of the GTA's densest concentrations of custom and estate homes. Polished concrete, decorative concrete features, and architectural stucco accents are frequent projects here.
Thornhill sits in the York region, and our scheduling runs same-day for consults. From older housing stock to new-build subdivisions, the slab conditions vary — and we adjust prep and specification based on what we find on arrival. For commercial epoxy specifically, that means specification matched to actual commercial use case, overnight and weekend install options to minimize downtime, matched to the actual condition of your slab or wall.
We quote by site visit, not by phone-only estimate — the slab tells us what the system needs. Most residential jobs are booked within two weeks of quote acceptance.

Common questions
Can you work around our hours?+
Yes. We routinely schedule overnight pours, weekend installs, and phased sections. The limitation is cure time, not labour hours — we plan around that.
Do you provide warranties?+
Every commercial job comes with a written performance warranty specific to the system installed. Typical range: 5–10 years depending on the specification.
Do you serve all of Thornhill?+
Yes — we work across every neighbourhood in Thornhill, including Old Thornhill, Thornhill Woods, Royal Orchard, and surrounding areas. Scheduling is same-day for consults.
How does Thornhill's climate affect commercial epoxy?+
The GTA's humidity swings and winter heating cycle affect substrate moisture, which is why we moisture-test every slab before scheduling. Commercial Epoxy systems are selected to handle the conditions we find — including the salt and freeze-thaw stress that garage floors see from November through April.
