Flooring
Residential Epoxy Flooring — Toronto & GTA
Seamless, waterproof floors for basements, laundry rooms, workshops, and mudrooms.
About this service
Residential epoxy isn't just for garages. In a basement, laundry room, mudroom, or hobby workshop, an epoxy floor is one of the most practical surfaces you can install — fully sealed, waterproof at the surface, resistant to spills, and easy to mop. We work directly with homeowners to choose colour, texture, and flake pattern that fits the space: a solid matte charcoal for a modern basement rec room, a warm tan flake for a mudroom that'll see muddy boots, or a metallic marbled finish for a home gym that doubles as entertaining space. Each room gets the full prep treatment — moisture test, mechanical grind, crack repair — because the biggest difference between a floor that lasts fifteen years and a floor that peels in two is the prep underneath. We fit timelines around your family: most residential rooms are drive-on done in 48 hours and back in service by the weekend.

Questions people ask
Does it feel cold like bare concrete?+
Yes — the surface temperature matches the concrete beneath. For basements, we often recommend pairing with area rugs or a radiant floor system if you're starting from scratch.
How disruptive is the install?+
The room needs to be emptied for 48–72 hours. We bring HEPA-filtered grinders so dust stays contained, and low-odour chemistry options exist for rooms adjacent to living spaces.
What about moisture pushing up from below?+
This is the biggest reason basements fail. We always test slab moisture first. If vapour emission is high, we spec a moisture-tolerant primer specifically designed to tolerate hydrostatic pressure from below.
