Commercial Epoxy Flooring in Ajax — what to know
We install commercial epoxy flooring throughout Ajax. High-traffic floors for showrooms, warehouses, retail, gyms, and auto shops. Ajax's family-oriented residential growth means lots of basements being finished and lots of garages ready for upgrade — our Durham-side service covers Ajax same-week with the same crew that handles the central GTA.
Ajax sits in the Durham region, and our scheduling runs next-day for consults, with same-week installs typical. Local building eras range from mid-century bungalows to modern custom builds, which is why our quoting process always starts with an in-person slab inspection. For commercial epoxy specifically, that means specification matched to actual commercial use case, overnight and weekend install options to minimize downtime, matched to the actual condition of your slab or wall.
Our quotes include a written specification: what system, what thickness, what cure time, what warranty. Most residential jobs are booked within two weeks of quote acceptance.

Common questions
Can you work around our hours?+
Yes. We routinely schedule overnight pours, weekend installs, and phased sections. The limitation is cure time, not labour hours — we plan around that.
Do you provide warranties?+
Every commercial job comes with a written performance warranty specific to the system installed. Typical range: 5–10 years depending on the specification.
Do you serve all of Ajax?+
Yes — we work across every neighbourhood in Ajax, including Downtown Ajax, Southwood, Westney Heights, and surrounding areas. Scheduling is next-day.
How does Ajax's climate affect commercial epoxy?+
The GTA's humidity swings and winter heating cycle affect substrate moisture, which is why we moisture-test every slab before scheduling. Commercial Epoxy systems are selected to handle the conditions we find — including the salt and freeze-thaw stress that garage floors see from November through April.
